By downloading, accessing, or using Fable Forge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

A. Account Creation

• You may create an account using Google Sign-In
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must provide accurate information during registration

B. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Required by law or legal process
• You request account deletion

3. IN-APP PURCHASES AND VIRTUAL CURRENCY

A. Debloons (Virtual Currency)

• Debloons are virtual currency used within the App
• Debloons can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay
• Debloons have no real-world value and are not redeemable for cash
• All purchases of Debloons are final and non-refundable
• Prices for Debloons may change at any time

B. Items and Upgrades

• Virtual items (Time Rewind, Oracle Hint, Quantum Key) are for in-App use only
• Items are non-transferable between accounts
• We may modify, remove, or add items at any time
• No warranties are provided for virtual items

C. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• All purchases are final
• No refunds except where required by law
• If you believe you have been charged in error, contact Apple or Google (depending on your platform)
• For subscription issues, contact the respective app store

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

A. Your Content

You retain ownership of your user-generated content, including:

• Character names and designs
• Story choices and paths
• Uploaded character images
• Game progress and achievements

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store and display your content within the App
• Use your content for App functionality
• Back up your content to prevent data loss

B. Content Restrictions

You agree not to create or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on others' intellectual property
• Contains personal information of others
• Promotes hate speech or discrimination
• Contains viruses or malicious code

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

A. Our Property

Fable Forge and all related content, including but not limited to:

• Software code and design
• Graphics, logos, and interface
• Story frameworks and narrative systems
• Character generation algorithms
• Game mechanics and systems

are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

B. Your Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Create and enjoy your stories within the App
• Share your game experiences with others

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use cheats, exploits, or automation software
• Create multiple accounts to exploit rewards
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

A. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

B. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Costs of substitute goods or services
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

• Virtual items and currency are not refundable upon termination
